Georgia High School Basketball - McIntosh overwhelms Forest Park

January 30, 2015: Peachtree City, GA 30269

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) and the visiting Forest Park Panthers (Forest Park, GA), saw McIntosh's basketball squad wallop Forest Park by a count of 63-38.

With the victory, McIntosh upgrades its record to 23-0 on the campaign. The Chiefs travel to Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA) to play the Tigers in a AAAAA Region 4A challenge on Tuesday, February 3. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 17-6. Mundy's Mill won 88-79 in their recent league challenge against Drew (Riverdale, GA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Morrow Mustangs (Morrow, GA) in a AAAAA Region 4A challenge, on Saturday, January 31. Forest Park will attempt to upgrade on its 7-16 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 76-64 league loss to Drew (Riverdale, GA).
