Spectators at Thursday's non-league test between the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) and the host Morton Potters (Morton, IL), witnessed Hersey's basketball squad topple Morton by a margin of 51-40.

The Huskies (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Geneva notched a victory over East Moline United (East Moline, IL), 43-40, in a non-league test.

The Potters now own a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. Morton will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 49-44 non-league win over Effingham (Effingham, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 3-5.
