Winchester Winchester (Winchester, MA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Burlington Red Devils (Burlington, MA), 52-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Winchester upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Winchester travel to Woburn Memorial (Woburn, MA) to play the Tanners in a Middlesex bout on Wednesday, December 22. The Tanners go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Red Devils play the Reading Memorial Rockets (Reading, MA) in a Middlesex bout, on Tuesday, January 4. Burlington will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 50-46 league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, MA).
