The Central Wildcats football squad scored 30 points and limited the host Live Oak Eagles to 21 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Brusly for a non-league battle on Friday, October 12. Central will play a Panthers squad coming off a 51-14 league loss to University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Scotlandville Hornets (Baton Rouge, LA) in a 5A District 4 battle, on Friday, October 12. Live Oak will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Hornets go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 53-6 league win over Belaire (Baton Rouge, LA).
