March 16, 2021: Riverdale, GA 30274 In Tuesday's league game, the Mt. Zion Bulldogs (Jonesboro, GA) soccer squad overwhelmed the host Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA), by a count of 9-0.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA). The Tigers go into the AAAA Region 5 game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Fayette County was overwhelmed by Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Hornets go into the AAAA Region 5 game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Hampton notched a victory over Mt. Zion (Jonesboro, GA), 13-3, in a league bout.
