California High School Volleyball - Cypress edged by Canyon
March 22, 2023: Cypress, CA 90630 The Canyon Comanches held off the host Cypress Centurions volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Comanches now have a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host El Modena for a North Hills test on Tuesday, April 11. Canyon will confront a Vanguards team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to El Dorado (Placentia, CA). The Vanguards record now stands at 7-9.
The Centurions (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA). The Mariners enter the Empire test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Pacifica was nudged by Kennedy (La Palma, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
