Washington High School Basketball - Evergreen ripped by Heritage
January 13, 2012: Vancouver, WA 98682 The Heritage Timberwolves basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Evergreen Plainsmen to 14 in the Timberwolves league triumph on Friday.
The Timberwolves now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Battle Ground for a 4A Greater St. Helens contest on Tuesday, January 17. Heritage will meet a Tigers team coming off a 77-30 non-league win over Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-5.
The Plainsmen (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Union (Vancouver, WA). The Titans enter the 4A Greater St. Helens contest with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, Union overwhelmed Heritage (Vancouver, WA), 66-56, in a league bout.
