New Hampshire High School Basketball - Farmington knocked off by Newmarket
February 1, 2017: Newmarket, NH 03857 The Newmarket Mules basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Farmington Tigers to 39 in the Mules league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mules now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Epping for a Division IV contest on Friday, February 3. Newmarket will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 74-48 non-league win over Raymond (Raymond, NH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-2.
Next up, the Tigers play the Pittsfield Panthers (Pittsfield, NH) in a Division IV bout, on Friday, February 3. Farmington will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 69-68 league loss to Portsmouth Christian Academy (Dover, NH).
