Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Forest Lake Christian Falcons (Auburn, CA) and the visiting Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA), saw Forest Lake Christian's basketball squad hold off Foresthill by a count of 42-37.

With the victory, Forest Lake Christian upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Futures (Sacramento, CA) to play the Knights in a Central Valley California League challenge on Tuesday, February 8. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 1-13. Futures lost 54-9 in their recent league challenge against Delta (Clarksburg, CA)

Next up, the Wildfires play the Sacramento Waldorf Waves (Fair Oaks, CA) in a Central Valley California League challenge, on Tuesday, February 8. Foresthill will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Waves come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 39-28 league loss to Delta (Clarksburg, CA).
