Georgia High School Baseball - Milton nips Norcross
March 20, 2021: Norcross, GA 30092 Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA), 4-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Milton upgrades its record to 3-12 on the season. The Eagles host Woodstock (Woodstock, GA) to play the Wolverines in a AAAAAAA Region 5 battle on Tuesday, March 23. The Wolverines enter the battle with a record of 12-3. Woodstock won 8-0 in their recent league battle against Cherokee (Canton, GA)
The Blue Devils now possess a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Dunwoody for a AAAAAAA Region 7 battle on Monday, March 22. Norcross will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Duluth (Duluth, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-7.
