Illinois High School Basketball - Orr ripped by Phillips
February 3, 2023: Chicago, IL 60624 The Phillips Wildcats basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Orr Spartans to 42 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenwood for a Chicago Public - Red South contest on Tuesday, February 7. Phillips will battle a Broncos team coming off a 76-44 non-league win over Lane Tech (Chicago, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 21-5.
The Spartans (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Chicago Tech (Chicago, IL). The enter the non-league contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, Chicago Tech was routed by Carver (Chicago, IL), 60-29, in a non-league contest.
