Illinois High School Basketball - Tuscola crushes Schlarman
January 21, 2023: Tuscola, IL 61953 Tuscola Warriors (Tuscola, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Schlarman Hilltoppers (Danville, IL), 58-11 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Tuscola upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Arthur-Okaw Christian (Arthur, IL) to play the Conquering Riders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Conquering Riders come into the bout with a record of 17-10. Arthur-Okaw Christian lost 52-42 in their recent league bout against Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL)
Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Chrisman Cardinals (Chrisman, IL) in a Vermilion Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Schlarman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 71-43 league loss to Milford (Milford, IL).
