In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Douglas Tigers basketball team scored a decisive 34-12 triumph over the Sparks Railroaders.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Carson Senators (Carson City, NV) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 30. Douglas will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Senators enter the match with a 11-1 record after their 37-18 non-league win over Galena (Reno, NV).

With the defeat, Sparks moves to 1-1 on the year. The Railroaders travel to North Valleys (Reno, NV) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 30. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 10-2. North Valleys won 35-19 in their recent non-league match against Reed (Sparks, NV)
