December 2, 2022: South Webster, OH 45682 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the South Webster Jeeps (South Webster, OH) and the visiting Green Bobcats (Franklin Furnace, OH), saw South Webster's basketball squad wallop Green by a tally of 70-49.
With the victory, South Webster improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Jeeps host Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH) to confront the Senators in a Southern Ohio II challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Senators come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Portsmouth West lost 82-43 in their recent non-league challenge against South Point (South Point, OH)
Next up, the Bobcats confront the Western Indians (Latham, OH) in a Southern Ohio I challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Green will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 63-49 non-league loss to Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH).
