Louisiana High School Basketball - Lafayette crushes Patterson
December 1, 2023: Lafayette, LA 70506 Lafayette Lions (Lafayette, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Patterson Lumberjacks (Patterson, LA), 67-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lafayette upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Morgan City (Morgan City, LA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Morgan City lost 48-33 in their recent non-league bout against Acadiana (Lafayette, LA)
Next up, the Lumberjacks clash with the Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Patterson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 84-79 non-league win over St. Amant (St. Amant, LA).
