September 25, 2008: Palmer, AK 99645 The Palmer Moose prevailed the visiting Ketchikan Kings volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Moose now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. Palmer will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Wasilla (Wasilla, AK). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-5.
The Kings (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, AK). The Crimson Bears enter the Southeast - 4A test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Juneau-Douglas dropped by Colony (Palmer, AK), 3-1, in a non-league test.
