Louisiana High School Baseball - Covington loses to Iota
March 16, 2024: Iota, LA 70543 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Iota Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 13-5 victory over the Covington Lions.
The Bulldogs (15-1) will now prepare for their game against Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Holy Savior Menard ran past Pickering (Leesville, LA), 9-1, in a league game.
The Lions (13-6) will now prepare for their game against Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 6-12 record. In their last game, Catholic of Pointe Coupee ran past Central Private (Baker, LA), 8-7, in a non-league game.
