Stevens Raiders (Rapid City, SD) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Raiders confront the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD) in a Class AA challenge, on Friday, August 25. Stevens will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Rough Riders enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 6-1 league loss to Riggs (Pierre, SD).

The Patriots now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a Class AA challenge on Tuesday, August 22. Lincoln will confront a Warriors team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
