Louisiana High School Basketball - Patterson overwhelmed by East Iberville
January 6, 2024: Patterson, LA 70392 The East Iberville Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Patterson Lumberjacks to 25 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dutchtown for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. East Iberville will battle a Griffins team coming off a 42-17 non-league loss to Southside (Youngsville, LA). The Griffins record now stands at 8-9.
The Lumberjacks (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA). The Tigers come into the 3A District 8 contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Donaldsonville was routed by Lutcher (Lutcher, LA), 53-9, in a non-league contest.
