April 6, 2021: Shaker Heights, OH 44122 The Laurel Gators routed the visiting Bedford Bearcats softball squad by a count of 15-5 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Gators (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Andrews Osborne Academy (Willoughby, OH). The Phoenix go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Andrews Osborne Academy was routed by Beaumont School (Cleveland Heights, OH), 12-4, in a non-league battle.
The Bearcats now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cleveland Heights for a Lake Erie battle on Thursday, April 8. Bedford will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 17-3 league win over Maple Heights (Maple Heights, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
