Minnesota High School Basketball - Andover holds off Champlin Park
February 10, 2023: Andover, MN 55304 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) and the visiting Champlin Park Rebels (Champlin, MN), saw Andover's basketball squad hold off Champlin Park by a tally of 93-89.
With the victory, Andover improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Huskies host Elk River (Elk River, MN) to confront the Elks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 15. The Elks come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. Elk River lost 71-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN)
Next up, the Rebels confront the Park Center Pirates (Brooklyn Park, MN) in a AAAA Section 5 challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Champlin Park will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 19-0 record after their 68-65 non-league win over Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN).
