Illinois High School Basketball - Minooka topples Glenbard South
January 20, 2024: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) basketball squad beat the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), by a count of 56-44.
The Indians (7-13) will now prepare for their outing against Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL). The Bengals go into the SouthWest Prairie outing with a 8-13 record. In their last outing, Plainfield East was topped by Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL), 81-54, in a non-league outing.
The Raiders now hold a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Fenton for a Upstate Eight outing on Tuesday, January 23. Glenbard South will clash with a Bison squad coming off a 69-36 league win over Streamwood (Streamwood, IL). The Bison record now stands at 19-3.
