The Lower Merion Aces basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Strath Haven Panthers to 42 in the Aces league triumph on Saturday.

The Aces now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Penncrest for a Central contest on Tuesday, January 12. Lower Merion will meet a Lions team coming off a 44-34 league win over Conestoga (Berwyn, PA). The Lions record now stands at 11-0.

The Panthers (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ridley (Folsom, PA). The Raiders enter the Central contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Ridley was defeated by Springfield (Springfield, PA), 41-36, in a league contest.
