New Mexico High School Volleyball - Tohatchi Escalante
August 27, 2022: Tohatchi, NM 87325 The Escalante Lobos topped the host Tohatchi Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lobos now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe Indian for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 30. Escalante will confront a Braves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM). The Braves record now stands at 2-0.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Navajo Pine was knocked off by Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM), 3-2, in a non-league test.
