August 25, 2023: Stanton, IA Lenox Tigers (Lenox, IA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Stanton/Essex (Stanton, IA), 54-14 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lenox improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA) to confront the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, September 1. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-1. Fremont-Mills lost 26-20 in their recent non-league test against WACO (Wayland, IA)
With the loss, Stanton/Essex drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The travel to Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA) to confront the Spartans in a 8-Man District 10 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 1. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-1. Exira-EHK lost 46-44 in their recent non-league test against Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA)
