Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bloomsburg tops Millville
January 31, 2022: Bloomsburg, PA 17815 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Bloomsburg Panthers (Bloomsburg, PA) and the visiting Millville Quakers (Millville, PA), saw Bloomsburg's basketball squad knock off Millville by a count of 71-55.
With the victory, Bloomsburg upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 2. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Southern Columbia Area won 64-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA)
Next up, the Quakers play the Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA) in a Midd-Penn challenge, on Wednesday, February 2. Millville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 76-43 league loss to Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA).
