California High School Softball - Granada Hills bounces Cleveland
May 5, 2015: Granada Hills, CA 91344 Granada Hills Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA), 14-6 in a league challenge.
The Highlanders now own a 14-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatsworth for a West Valley challenge on Thursday, May 7. Granada Hills will battle a Chancellors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 23-5.
With the loss, Cleveland falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA) to battle the Patriots in a West Valley challenge on Thursday, May 7. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 23-7. Birmingham won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Taft (Woodland Hills, CA)
