December 23, 2022: Newark, NJ 07108 Shabazz Bulldogs (Newark, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ), 27-12 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Shabazz upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Science Park (Newark, NJ) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Jaguars clash with the Glen Ridge Ridgers (Glen Ridge, NJ) in a Super Essex - Independence bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Arts will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Ridgers go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 60-35 non-league win over Millburn (Millburn, NJ).
