The Northwestern Tigers crushed the host Taylor Titans baseball team by a tally of 9-3 in Thursday's league bout.

The Tigers now hold a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westfield for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 17. Northwestern will face a Shamrocks team coming off a 1-0 league loss to McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Shamrocks record now stands at 14-9.
