Georgia High School Softball - Dunwoody knocked off by Tift County
August 11, 2023: Dunwoody, GA 30338 In Friday's non-league contest, the Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA) softball team overwhelmed the host Dunwoody Wildcats (Dunwoody, GA), by a margin of 20-1.
With the triumph, Tift County moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 12. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 3-0. Forsyth Central won 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA)
In their next game, the Wildcats play the North Springs Spartans (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 16. Dunwoody will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
