February 23, 2023: San Marcos, CA 92069 St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Saints battle the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 2. St. Augustine will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
With the loss, Mission Hills drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Valhalla (El Cajon, CA) to battle the Norsemen in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 7. The Norsemen come into the match with a record of 0-1.
