Minnesota High School Basketball - Holdingford knocked off by Hancock
December 29, 2023: Hancock, MN 56244 The Hancock Owls basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Holdingford Huskers to 46 in the Owls non-league triumph on Friday.
The Owls now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Becker for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Hancock will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-55 non-league win over Marshall (Duluth, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
The Huskers (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Pequot Lakes (Pequot Lakes, MN). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Pequot Lakes ran past Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN), 63-61, in a non-league contest.
