Michigan High School Basketball - Charlevoix succumbs to Petoskey
February 1, 2022: Petoskey, MI 49770 The Petoskey Northmen topped the visiting Charlevoix Rayders basketball team by a final score of 53-37 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Northmen face the Gaylord Blue Devils (Gaylord, MI) in a Big North game, on Friday, February 4. Petoskey will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Blue Devils enter the game with a 3-9 record after their 72-41 non-league loss to Boyne City (Boyne City, MI).
With the defeat, Charlevoix moves to 6-4 on the year. The Rayders travel to East Jordan (East Jordan, MI) to face the Red Devils in a Lake Michigan game on Friday, February 4. The Red Devils enter the game with a record of 6-5. East Jordan lost 62-45 in their recent non-league game against St.Ignace (St. Ignace, MI)
