North Carolina High School Basketball - Woodland Baptist Christian nudges Shining Light Academy
November 7, 2023: Winston-Salem, NC 27106 Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles (Winston-Salem, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Shining Light Academy Knights (Greensboro, NC), 41-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Woodland Baptist Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 10. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Knights clash with the South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars (High Point, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 27. Shining Light Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
