Texas High School Basketball - Steele fells Hobbs
December 3, 2021: Cibolo, TX 78108 Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM), 44-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Steele upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Knights travel to John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 4. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 2-0. John Curtis Christian won 56-43 in their recent non-league bout against Cypress Creek (Houston, TX)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Mansfield Timberview Wolves (Arlington, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 4. Hobbs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 48-45 non-league loss to Austin (Austin, TX).
