In Thursday's non-league outing, the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV), by a count of 64-17.

The Grizzlies (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, South Tahoe smashed Yerington (Yerington, NV), 66-50, in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Lowry for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 9.
