In Saturday's non-league outing, the Hereford Whitefaces (Hereford, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX), by a count of 45-33.

The Whitefaces (5-11) will now prepare for their outing against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders go into the 4A Region I District 3 outing with a 11-7 record. In their last outing, Randall gained a win over Perryton (Perryton, TX), 57-53, in a non-league outing.

The Tigers now hold a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canyon for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 5. Frenship will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 62-43 non-league loss to Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-8.
