Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Trinity winner over Canon-McMillan
December 17, 2013: Washington, PA 15301 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) basketball squad felled the visiting Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA), by a margin of 59-49.
The Hillers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Tigers go into the WPIAL AAA 5 outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Moon Area thwarted Montour (McKees Rocks, PA), 58-27, in a league outing.
The Big Macs now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky Mountain for a non-league outing on Friday, December 20. Canon-McMillan will encounter a Lobos squad coming off a 45-26 non-league win over Westwood (Fort Pierce, FL). The Lobos record now stands at 4-2.
