Salem Spartans (Salem, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA), 20-0 in a non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Cross for a non-league test on Friday, April 26. Salem will face a Raiders squad coming off a 17-1 league loss to The Covenant (Charlottesville, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 25. Franklin County will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Bruins come into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 15-10 non-league win over Glass (Lynchburg, VA).
