In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Valley Central Vikings lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-11 victory over the Goshen Central Gladiators.

The Vikings now have a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wallkill for a non-league test on Friday, May 12. Valley Central will face a Panthers squad coming off a 14-8 non-league loss to Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 6-8.

In their next game, the Gladiators face the New Paltz Huguenots (New Paltz, NY) in a Section 9 C Division III test, on Wednesday, May 17. Goshen Central will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record.
