The Marshall Lions basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Red Hill Salukis to 11 in the Lions league triumph on Monday.

The Lions now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Terre Haute North Vigo for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 11. Marshall will battle a Patriots team coming off a 68-51 league win over Southport (Indianapolis, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 13-6.

The Salukis (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Edwards County (Albion, IL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 4-11 record.
