Michigan High School Basketball - Ithaca tops Carrollton
February 13, 2024: Carrollton, MI 48724 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI) and the host Carrollton Cavaliers (Carrollton, MI), saw Ithaca's basketball squad knock off Carrollton by a count of 43-33.
With the victory, Ithaca upgrades its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI) to play the Panthers in a Tri-Valley - West II challenge on Friday, February 16. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-18. Nouvel Catholic Central lost 52-18 in their recent league challenge against Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Hemlock Huskies (Hemlock, MI) in a Tri-Valley - West I challenge, on Friday, February 16. Carrollton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 62-34 non-league win over Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI).
