March 25, 2023: McDonough, GA 30253 Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA), 21-9 in a league battle.
The Mustangs now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lovett for a 1A-4A Area 4 contest on Tuesday, March 28. Mount Vernon will confront a Lions squad coming off a 14-6 non-league win over King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA). The Lions record now stands at 5-6.
