September 16, 2011: Eagar, AZ 85925 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets football squad scored a good 30-6 victory over the Round Valley Elks.
In their next game, the Yellow Jackets clash with the Holbrook Roadrunners (Holbrook, AZ) in a IV Section I match, on Friday, September 23. Blue Ridge will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Roadrunners enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 18-8 league win over Window Rock (Fort Defiance, AZ).
The Elks (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Morenci (Morenci, AZ). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Morenci ran past Benson (Benson, AZ), 33-0, in a league match.
