Virginia High School Football - Northside knocked off by Heritage
September 28, 2023: Lynchburg, VA 24502 Heritage Pioneers (Lynchburg, VA) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA), 24-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Heritage improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Amherst County (Amherst, VA) to confront the Lancers in a non-league test on Monday, October 9. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 1-3. Amherst County lost 20-0 in their recent non-league test against Glass (Lynchburg, VA)
With the loss, Northside drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-3. Franklin County won 27-8 in their recent non-league test against Brookville (Lynchburg, VA)
