The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) and the host Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH), observed Hardin Northern's football squad bounce Ridgemont by a count of 48-6.

The Polar Bears now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Crestline for a Northwest Central contest on Friday, October 6. Hardin Northern will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 81-0 league loss to Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-7.

Coming up next, the Golden Gophers encounter the North Baltimore Tigers (North Baltimore, OH) in a Northwest Central contest, on Friday, October 6.
