North Carolina High School Basketball - T.W. Andrews can't hold off Morehead

The Morehead Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting T.W. Andrews Red Raiders to 60 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walkertown for a 2A Conference 34 contest on Tuesday, February 8. Morehead will play a Wolfpack squad coming off a 57-54 league win over Reidsville (Reidsville, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 11-8.

Next up, the Red Raiders play the Reidsville Rams (Reidsville, NC) in a 2A Conference 34 bout, on Monday, February 7. T.W. Andrews will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 57-54 league loss to Walkertown (Walkertown, NC).
