Ohio High School Basketball - Dublin Jerome knocked off by Hayes
December 30, 2021: Delaware, OH 43015 The Hayes Pacers basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Dublin Jerome Celtics to 29 in the Pacers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Pacers now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dublin Scioto for a Ohio Capital - Capital contest on Friday, January 7. Hayes will meet a Irish team coming off a 65-60 non-league win over Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Irish record now stands at 6-4.
The Celtics (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Logan (Logan, OH). The Chieftains enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Logan was outscored by Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH), 44-23, in a non-league contest.
