North Carolina High School Basketball - Providence Day tops SouthLake Christian Academy
November 20, 2018: Charlotte, NC 28270 Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC), 64-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Providence Day upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, November 23. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Ardrey Kell won 74-62 in their recent non-league bout against Weddington (Matthews, NC)
Next up, the play the Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 23. SouthLake Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 55-52 non-league win over Greensboro Day (Greensboro, NC).
