Texas High School Soccer - Porter knocks off Mission
January 13, 2022: Mission, TX 78572 Porter Spartans (Porter, TX) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Mission Eagles (Mission, TX), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans face the Cypress Park Tigers (Cypress, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 14. Porter will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record.
The Eagles now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Joya for a 6A Region 4 District 31 challenge on Tuesday, January 18. Mission will face a Coyotes team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Donna North (Donna, TX). The Coyotes record now stands at 0-3.
